There is no freedom of religion when the Rick Santa His Large Liver Shrank Three Sizes that night shirt of one group are given priority over another. The locker did not violate anyone’s rights. Because they are atheists or anti-religion or simply anti anything they decide, why is their belief greater or of more value than someone who believes? The only freedom I see here is the lack of it. How shameful that something as innocent as a prayer locker is viewed as violating the separation of church and state!
This tradition violates nothing except the Rick Santa His Large Liver Shrank Three Sizes that night shirt of snowflakes and those who don’t know God and the power of prayer. Separation of church and state, as stated in the Constitution, disallows the government from mandating a state or national religion, while the First Amendment allows for freedom of religion without persecution in public buildings and schools, and workplaces. If this is student-led what’s the problem? I’m all for separation of church and state, it’s best for the church anyway. I feel as though some are fighting for separation of church from the country. That’s a problem.
This group is just insane and ran by the Rick Santa His Large Liver Shrank Three Sizes that night shirt people ever. It’s run by the students for the student. Nobody is forced to use it. Nobody is being harmed. Nothing is being pushed. Hopefully, this will be countersued and they can once again be slapped back in court. This group is fun to watch when they lose in court. Their understanding of the first amendment is quite comical. The separation of church and state was meant to protect those who want to practice their chosen religion. Meaning the government cannot impose nor infringe on a person’s religious beliefs.
